Day 1: USA – Saigon
Fly overnight to Saigon
Day 2: Arrive Saigon
Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport by your tour guide and transferred to your hotel. Check in and free at leisure or explore the local life in the old town.
Day 3: Saigon (B, L)
This morning enjoy a city tour including Notre Dame Cathedral, City Hall, Central Post Oce, and Ben Thanh Market.This afternoon is free at leisure or you can take an optional tour to Travel 30km northwest of Saigon to the town of Cu Chi and explore the Cu Chi Tunnels($60), one of the most famous battlegrounds of the Vietnam War. The se-cret tunnel system is 200 km long deep inside the earth, and was used for hiding in during combat, also serving as communication and supply routes during the Vietnam War.
In the evening, you can take an optional dinner on Indochina Junk on Saigon river. ($30)
Day 4: Saigon – Mekong Delta – Saigon - Hanoi (B, L, D)
You will be picked up from your hotel, then travel by road from Saigon to My Tho.
Cruising a boat trip along Mekong River and around fishing village and 1 in 4 islands of Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle and Phoenix for sight-seeing.
Crossing Mekong river, keeping on taking a boat trip along a small canal, named Vam Xep to see daily life of local inhabitants in Ben Tre province (called coconut village), visiting Quoi An tourist spot for bee farm and handicraft workshop to enjoy some honey-tea and see how people make things from coconut wood.
Taking horse-carts along country road to visit fruit orchards, enjoy seasonal tropical fruits and listen to traditional music by local inhabitants.
Taking small sampans along small canal, named Vam Chua to come back the big boat, leaving boat for coconut candy workshop and tasting this speciality in coconut village.
Coming back My Tho by boat. Transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for flight to Hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi (B, L)
Enjoy a city tour of Hanoi's most famous sites including Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum (outside view), the Presidential Palace and Ho's still house, One Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university. This afternoon, enjoy a cycle ride around the Old Quarter to discover the lifestyle of locals. In the late afternoon, you may enjoy an optional Water Puppet Show ($30), a traditional form of Vietnamese folk art.
Day 6: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L)
Standard package: Travel to Halong Bay, 180km from Hanoi (it takes approximately 3.5 hours). Stop enroute at the ceramic and hand embroidery workshops which have ready to wear silk clothes in a range of sizes for the more traditionally built tourists.
Get on board the cruise in Halong Bay (4 hours), a world heritage site recognized by UNESCO in 1994. Visit some magical grottoes and relax in the best scenic beauty of Vietnam. Seafood Lunch served on board. Transfer back to hotel in Halong city. Check in and free at leisure.

Premium package ($70): Travel to Halong Bay and take a boat trip to explore one of the world's great natural wonders cruising the thousands of limestone islands filled with
caves of all shapes and sizes. The sails of junks and sampans gliding along the clear and emerald waters of the bay form a magnificent picturesque scene that blends with the sky. You also get a chance to visit some of the hidden grottoes beneath the towering cliffs. A seafood lunch and dinner will be served on board the charming junk. Stay overnight on board.

Day 7: Halong Bay – Hanoi - Lao Cai(B, L)
Standard package: Free and easy until transfer back to Hanoi. Check in hotel and free at leisure. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure or join an optional “Food Tour" to sample tasty local delicacies
Premium package ($50): Enjoy the aquamarine waters of the bay at its best as the junk continues to cruise quietly through spectacular limestone formations. Disembark from the junk at noon and return to Hanoi.

Day 8: Lao Cai - Sapa (B, L)
arrival at Lao Cai, we’ll be greeted and transferred 40 km upland to Sapa. Early check–in at hotel. After
breakfast we travel by car to Muong Hoa Valley and trek a meandering path
through the villages of Lao Chai and Ta Van of the Black Hmong and Day people.
Home visits are included to discover local life. Return to town at the end of
Day 9: Sapa - Lao Cao - Hanoi (B, L)
We walk out of town up the Dragon Jaw Mount for a great view of Vietnam's highest mountain range, Fansipan, filled with terraced rice paddies and deep valleys. Enjoy the incredible mountain vista and a show by ethnic minority musicians. Afterwards we return to town and travel by car to the ethnic villages of Ma Tra and Ta Phin and take a light trek to experience the local life of the ethnic minority people of H’Mong and Red Dzao, 2 largest ethnic groups in the area, hiding away from the civilization. You can already recognize them by their distinctive dressings. Late afternoon we transfer to Lao Cai and visit the border with gate to China before taking the luxury bus back to Hanoi.
Day 10: Hanoi – Bangkok (B) Arrive BKK on sunday
After breakfast, fly to Bangkok, Thailand's capital city. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel.
Day 11 - Bangkok (B)
Bangkok radiates modernity with a deep root in Buddhist tradition. After breakfast, explore the city starting with the Reclining Buddha, a signature sight representing Buddhism. Take a stroll by China town and visit the largest local wholesale flower market at Paklong Talat. In the afternoon, enjoy Canal tour and catching a glimpse of the past along the Chao Phraya River. Along the river, you will see the Grand Palace, the Temple of Dawn as well as some lovely piers full of shops and cafes for visitors to sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular scenes. Make a stop at Temple of Dawn pier and visit the great and colorfully Stupa, decorated spires and stands majestically over the water. Spend your evening at leisure or enjoy an optional Thai dinner (US$45) while watching classical dance at the Silom Village Restaurant.
Day 12 - Bangkok (B)
A full day to discover the Capital of Thailand, the fascinating Thai culture in this dynamic city. Start off to the Grand Palace, home of main royal residences, throne room and a large number of government establishments. The Grand Palace is where every visitor must pay a visit at least once in their lifetime (Visitors are advised to dress appropriately). Explore the city on your own this afternoon or watch an optional Siam Niramit Light & Sound Show (US$65), a world class showcase of Thai culture with incredible visual effects, followed by a classic Thai dinner.
Day 13 - Bangkok - Ching Mai(B)
Transfer to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. In the past, daily commerce in Thailand was conducted mostly along rivers and canals. The canals of Bangkok which was once a major transport network that brought Bangkok the nickname “Venice of the East”. Approximately two hours from Bangkok, this floating market becomes one of the most famous attractions in Thailand. You will have some free time to browse through the vendors. Fly to Chiang Mai in the afternoon. After arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to the hotel.
Day 14 - Chiang Mai (B)
Enjoy a free day at your own leisure or join our 3 excursions (USD$60). Starting with Elephant Kingdom Tour.
Here, see elephants bathing in the running streams, attend a lecture on
the Thai Elephant, and learn how the mahout train an command these
majestic animals. You may also be able to give the elephants bananas and
sugar cane, two of their favorite treats and then travel to an Orchid & Butterfly farm in the north of Mae Rim area and enjoy an authentic lunch. In the
afternoon, Drive to Mae Rim district to visit a hill-tribe village at
Baan Tong Luang. Pay a visit to the Karen, Lahu Shibala and Palong
hill-tribes which originated from Tibet. Visit also the Long Neck hill-tribe: join them, admire their colourful costumes an experience their way of life. You will be able to observe the brass rings women wear around their necks as a tribal sign
of their individual identity.
Day 15 -Chiang Mai(B)
This tour features a scenic drive through the most historic areas of Chiang Mai, and includes a pass through the old city walls, city gates and moat. We will then drive around Chiang Mai’s popular areas, pass a local market, some foreign consulates and government buildings, drive by ‘Tapae Gate’ before continuing to the acclaimed temple Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep. The temple is home to a holy relic of the Lord Buddha and considered by many to be the most sacred Wat in northern Thailand. Then, you will have a visit to Meo Pui village, where you can meet a friendly community known for its unique culture and colourful costumes. After that, drive back down to the city centre to visit Wat Suan Dok. It houses several white Chedis, all containing the ashes of Chiang Mai’s former Royal family and features one of the most famous Monk Schools in the whole locality of Chiang Mai. Note: Please dress respectfully by not wearing sleeveless T-shirts, shorts or strapless sandals when visiting Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep.
DAY 16 Chiang Mai (B)
Enjoy your free day to explore Chiang Mai at your own leisure, or you may join in the optional Prepare delicious Thai fare at Thai Cooking School (USD 55), offering first-class cooking facilities in a stunning Thai Lanna style home. Your day begins with a hotel pick-up and drive to Chiang Mai’s main food market where the locals shop every day. As you follow a professional Thai chef through the bustling market, listen to the chef’s descriptions of the array of exotic items. Then, discover the less travelled Thai-Chinese temple and the glower market before making your way to the cooking school. Back at the school, learn how to prepare 4 different dishes in an entertaining and informative lesson and enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water, and 2 Thai beers.
Day 17 Ching Mai- Phuket (B)
This morning, fly to Phuket. Thailand´s largest island of Phuket, is situated off the west coast of Thailand in the Andaman Sea. This fun island provides an unbeatable combination of perfect silky soft white palm-lined beaches, superb hospitality, along with rich and colorful history. After arrival, we will take a city tour and visit Phuket island´s highlights including Phrom Thep Cape and the century old Sino-Portuguese building at Thalang Road. Our tour ends with a stop at “Gems Discovery” where we have a chance to learn more about Phuket’s prized local product. Tonight you may join the optional Phuket Fantasea Dinner & Show (USD$86).
Day 18 - Phuket (B)
Today is yours to just relax, rejuvenate and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There is plenty to do and much to see in Phuket, including the Aquarium, Butterfly and Orchid Gardens and the Thai Village. Or, travel by speedboat on the optional full day excursion to the magnificent Phi Phi Islands(USD$96). There’ll be time to snorkel in the crystal-clear waters, watch the fantastic colorful marine life or feed the monkeys at Monkey Beach. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing or just people-watching on the beach before returning to your hotel.
Day 19 - Phuket (B)
Full day at leisure to explore Phuket independently. Spend time in Patong, the island’s center where there is always a “happening” on its busy beach. Watch the trendsetters coming in droves to the many restaurants, boutiques and luxurious spas. Or, join the optional excursion Phang Nga Bay - James Bond Island Tour with lunch(USD$86).
Day 20 - Phuket-USA (B)
After breakfast, Transfer to the airport and fly back to your sweet home.
If you are taking China Eastern Airline or Air China, your departure time is around midnight. You can enjoy this extra full day to explore Phuket on your own today. Or you have an option $110/room for the hotel late check out until 8pm, and then we will transfer you to the airport at night.
